Withdrawal Payments Time Frames

How Long Does it Take to Receive My Winnings?

As part of our commitment to providing truly superior service, LuckyAcePoker.com makes every effort to ensure that your Withdrawal request is processed as quickly and efficiently as possible.

Withdrawal requests are processed three (3) Business Days from the date of request. During this time you may cancel your Withdrawal Request, from within the Poker Room's Cashier, and return it to your LuckyAcePoker.com Bankroll (please see Reversing Your Withdrawal of this site). This will allow you to play for Money Play, without submitting a new Deposit to your LuckyAcePoker.com Account. After three (3) Business Days, the status of your Withdrawal Request will change to "Processed" and you will no longer be able to cancel it.

You will be notified by Email once processing of your Withdrawal Request has been completed and the funds have been transferred to you.

Please note: it may take additional time for your Credit Card or payment method provider to post your Withdrawal funds to your account.

Cassava Enterprises (Gibraltar), Ltd. (the operator of LuckyAcePoker.com ), reserves the right to delay and/or stop the processing of Withdrawal requests until final approval has been received for any outstanding Deposit transactions.

There are no fees for any of our Withdrawal services.

We want our Members to receive their winnings as soon as possible and will do our utmost to keep the time frames stipulated in our Withdrawal Policy. Please be aware, however, that some Withdrawal methods are completed via third parties and delays beyond our control may occur, in rare cases.

If your Withdrawal payment has not been posted within the specified time frame (see chart above), please contact our Support Team.
