Reversing Your Withdrawal

Withdrawal requests may be cancelled and returned to your bankroll anytime during the three days following your withdrawal request. After this time your withdrawal will be processed and may no longer be reversed.

To reverse a withdrawal:

1. Open the main poker lobby;
2. Click on the Log in button in the top right corner and enter your username and password;
3. Click on the Cashier button in the upper right corner;
4. Click on Withdrawal;
5. You will see a list of your withdrawal requests in the "Awaiting Processing" box, complete with the withdrawal's status indication. "Unprocessed" withdrawal requests may still be reversed;
6. Click on the Unprocessed Withdrawal request that you wish to reverse;
7. Click on Reverse Withdrawal;
8. Your "unprocessed"-withdrawal request will be cancelled and its status will be changed to "Cancelled by User";
9. The cancelled withdrawal funds will be immediately returned to your bankroll.

Please note: withdrawals requested and then subsequently cancelled/reversed during an event do not qualify as a deposit for that event. Furthermore, deposits must be wagered during the event in order to qualify as a deposit for that event.
