Terms & Conditions:

1. Players must register for the promotion between January 1 and March 31, 2010 to be considered eligible.
2. Players will have 4 months from the date of registration to earn 25,000 status points.
3. Once players generate 25,000 status points within the 4-month period following the registration to this promotion, the difference between the cashback paid during this period and 27% will be calculated retroactively, and paid to the players account.
4. A player that reaches VIP status through this promotion will remain under this status until the End of the calendar year (Dec 31st, 2010).
5. If players participating in this promotion generate 60,000 by Dec 31st, 2010, they will receive VIP status for the following calendar year (thru Dec 31st, 2011).
6. If players participating in this promotion fail to accrue 60,000 status points until the end of the calendar year (Dec 31st, 2010), their loyalty status will be determined by the number of points they accrued in that time period and they will be placed on that relevant status.
7. Only points earned in poker tournaments and cash games will count towards this promotion. Any points earned in the Casino or will not be considered.
8. LuckyAcePoker reserves the right to discontinue this promotion without prior notification to the participants.
9. LuckyAcePoker reserves the right to use participating members’ names and likenesses without compensation.
10. By participating in this promotion, the player agrees to all the terms and conditions set forth here.
11. Any fraudulent activity will result in participants losing their status and their account being closed.
12. All LuckyAcePoker standard terms and conditions apply.
13. All decisions made by LuckyAcePoker are final.
14. If a member, or any accounts related to this member, reached silver status (or higher) at any point in time after June 1, 2009, they will be eligible to participate in the Fast Track to VIP promotion only on that specific brand’s software under which they reached silver status.
15. This Bonus Policy has been drafted in the English language. In the event of any discrepancy between the meanings of any translated versions of this policy and the English language version, the meaning of the English language version shall prevail.
