How to Cash Out

Information below applies to both LuckyAcePoker.com and LuckyAceCasino applications.

How Do I Cash Out My Winnings?

As part of our commitment to providing truly superior service, LuckyAcePoker.com makes every effort to ensure that your Cash Out request is processed as quickly and efficiently as possible.

To Cash Out your winnings from your LuckyAcePoker.com Account, please follow the steps below:

1. Start the LuckyAcePoker.com program;
2. Choose "Money Play";
3. Enter your Money Play Username and Password and click "Login";
4. From the LuckyAcePoker.com Lobby, click on the "Cashier";
5. Once in the Cashier, click on "Cash Out";
6. In the box provided, enter the amount that you wish to Cash Out from your account.
7. From the drop-down menu, please enter by which payment method you wish to receive your Remaining Cash Out Balance (please see LuckyAcePoker.com 's Cash Out Policy, or click on the "Cash Out Policy" button in the Cashier), if any exists:
   1. If you choose Wire Transfer, please enter/review/update your Bank Details in the pop-up window and then click "Submit".
   2. If you choose Bank Draft, please enter/review/update your Mailing Address in the pop-up window and then click "Submit".
   3. If you choose EntroPay card and you placed a deposit with an EntroPay card issued through EntroPay’s website your funds will be returned to your card.
   4. If you choose EntroPay card and you placed a deposit with the help of our Member Support team (by phone) you will be required to contact the Member Support team to get a claiming code for you. EntroPay will then e-mail you a link to their site which will guide you through the steps to making your cashout. You will need your claim code during this process in order to cashout.
8. Click on the "Submit Cash Out Request" button.

• To review your Cash Out History, click on the "Cash Out History" button in the Cashier.
• You may also review your Deposit and CashOut history within LuckyAcePoker.com 's Game History feature. To learn about our Game history feature, please see Viewing Your Game History of the site.

Please note the following important information:

Cash Outs requested within the same 24 hour period, via the same payment method, may be combined as one payment.

If your Cash Out request is for less than the minimum allowable amount, listed below, the funds will be returned to your Bankroll:

• The minimum allowable Wire Transfer Cash Out is $20.
• • The minimum allowable Bank Draft, Moneybookers, NETELLER, PayPal, UK credit cards via BACS, credit card, debit card, Moneta, WebMoney and EntroPay card cashout is $6. .

Occasionally, your authorization or some documentation, may be required to process your Cash Out requests, and we may ask that you sign a list of your previous Deposits with us.

Cassava Enterprises (Gibraltar) Ltd. (the operator of LuckyAcePoker.com ), reserves the right to delay and/or stop the processing of Cash Out requests until final approval has been received for any outstanding Deposit transactions.

Bonuses may be Cashed Out only after all Bonus Policy requirements have been satisfied (please see Bonus Policy section of this site).

There are no fees for any of our Cash Out services. In the event that we terminate the offering of our business in any specific country, payouts will be subject to reasonable processing charges.
