How to Cash Out

Information below applies to both LuckyAcePoker.com and LuckyAceCasino applications.

How Do I Cash Out My Winnings?

As part of our commitment to providing truly superior service, LuckyAcePoker.com makes every effort to ensure that your Cash Out request is processed as quickly and efficiently as possible.

To Cash Out your winnings from your LuckyAcePoker.com Account, please follow the steps below:

1. Start the LuckyAcePoker.com program;
2. Choose "Money Play";
3. Enter your Money Play Username and Password and click "Login";
4. From the LuckyAcePoker.com Lobby, click on the "Cashier";
5. Once in the Cashier, click on "Cash Out";
6. In the box provided, enter the amount that you wish to Cash Out from your account.
7. From the drop-down menu, please enter by which payment method you wish to receive your Remaining Cash Out Balance (please see LuckyAcePoker.com 's Cash Out Policy, or click on the "Cash Out Policy" button in the Cashier), if any exists:
   1. If you choose Wire Transfer, please enter/review/update your Bank Details in the pop-up window and then click "Submit".
   2. If you choose Bank Draft, please enter/review/update your Mailing Address in the pop-up window and then click "Submit".
8. Click on the "Submit Cash Out Request" button.

Please note the following important information:

Cash Outs requested within the same 24 hour period, via the same payment method, may be combined as one payment.

If your Cash Out request is for less than the minimum allowable amount, listed below, the funds will be returned to your Bankroll:

• The minimum allowable Wire Transfer Cash Out is $20.
• The minimum allowable Bank Draft, FirePay, Moneybookers, NETELLER (Not available to members in the US), UK Credit Cards via BACS, Credit card and debit card Cash Out is $6.

Occasionally, your authorization or some documentation, may be required to process your Cash Out requests, and we may ask that you sign a list of your previous Deposits with us.

Cassava Enterprises (Gibralta) Ltd. (the operator of LuckyAcePoker.com ), reserves the right to delay and/or stop the processing of Cash Out requests until final approval has been received for any outstanding Deposit transactions.

Bonuses may be Cashed Out only after all Bonus Policy requirements have been satisfied (please see Bonus Policy section of this site).

There are no fees for any of our Cash Out services. In the event that we terminatethe offering of our business in any specific country, payouts will be subject to reasonable processing charges.
