LuckyAcePoker.com - Bonus Policy

1. Subject to Cassava's discretion and the rules set out below, new members may receive a 100% Welcome Bonus of up to $400 in relation to their first deposit to their account. Cassava reserves the right to limit the Welcome Bonus to
   1. one bonus per household or
   2. one bonus per computer terminal.
   -PLEASE NOTE: All monetary amounts referred to herein this bonus policy are in US Dollars. Where players receive any bonus in currencies other than US Dollars, such bonus amounts shall be given to players based on the US Dollar amount according to the relevant daily exchange rate.
2. The terms "Initial Deposit Welcome Bonus", "First Deposit Bonus", "Match Up Bonus" and "First Time Bonus" all refer to the same Welcome Bonus.
   
   Special Welcome Bonus Terms and Conditions
   1. To be eligible for any bonus included as part of this special 100% up to $400 Welcome Bonus promotion (the "Promotion"), a player must open a new LuckyAcePoker account and make a first deposit equal to or greater than the minimum required deposit.
   2. The Promotion is comprised of two bonus levels:
      1. An Instant Bonus equal to 25% of the first deposit made by a new player.
      2. A Pending Bonus equal to 75% of the first deposit made by the same player.
   3. The Instant Bonus will be remitted directly into the new player's account upon his/her first deposit.
   4. LuckyAcePoker's standard wagering terms apply to the Instant Bonus as such are set out below.
   5. The Pending Bonus will be remitted to the player's account in one lump sum as soon as the player has collected 10 Bonus Points per every $1 of the Pending Bonus within 30 days of his/her first deposit.

   7. In addition to collecting the Comp Points, a player wishing to receive the Pending Bonus will be required to generate rake at an amount of two (2) times the Pending Bonus amount.
   8. Players who benefit from this Promotion will not be eligible to benefit from any other bonus promotions.
   9. In the event of any type of bonus abuse, as such shall be determined by LuckyAcePoker, LuckyAcePoker reserves the right to discontinue the player's LuckyAcePoker membership and to prevent the player from accessing LuckyAcePoker in the future.
   10. Players are permitted to make deposits following their initial deposits in order to reach certain bonus levels, however only the initial deposit amount shall be considered in relation to awarding the Initial Bonus and the Pending Bonus.
   11. LuckyAcePoker shall deposit all bonuses into a player's account within twenty-four (24) hours of the player becoming eligible to receive them.
   12. The terms and conditions for the Promotion shall be read in conjunction with LuckyAcePoker's End-user License Agreement.
   13. This is a time-limited promotion. LuckyAcePoker reserves the right to discontinue the Promotion at any time and at its sole discretion.
   14. The Promotion shall commence on June 3rd, 2008 and shall conclude on a date to be determined and posted on the LuckyAcePoker website.
   15. The Welcome Bonus will not be available to members registered, logging in from or depositing from China.
   16. O.P. All Bets placed on Baccarat, Roulette, all versions of Black Jack, and Craps, will not be counted toward wagering requirements for the welcome bonus.
3. This Bonus Policy applies to all event or promotion funds received in excess of regular payouts.
4. LuckyAcePoker reserves the right to withhold the amount of any bonus from a member's cashout.
5. All non-pending bonuses and promotional offers extended to members can be cashed out after an amount totaling no less than twenty (20) times the bonus amount received has been wagered within 90 days of being credited to a member's account, unless otherwise specified in the notification of a promotional offer.
6. LuckyAcePoker reserves the right, at its sole discretion and at a time of it's choosing, to revoke any bonuses and promotional offers, or any parts thereof, not used by a member within the relevant time period.
7. In the event of abuse, LuckyAcePoker reserves the right to discontinue the player's LuckyAcePoker membership and to prevent the player from accessing the poker room in the future.
8. In the event LuckyAcePoker.com deems that any players acting in a group are or have attempted to abuse any bonus offer, LuckyAcePoker.com reserves the right to block all relevant accounts and indefinitely retain the monies therein.
9. This Policy has been drafted in the English language. In the event of any discrepancy between the meanings of any translated versions of this Policy and the English language version, the meaning of the English language version shall prevail.
10. Bonus Points accumulated via low-risk wagering in Wild Wheel, Roulette, Baccarat and Craps bets will not be eligible for any of our events and will not be calculated as a valid wager with regard to Lucky Ace Poker’s Bonus Policy Cash Out requirements.
