Poker Game Play:
- What should I do if the poker game I wish to join is full
If a given poker game is full, put your name on the Waiting List for that game. When a seat becomes available, the first person on the Waiting List will have the first right for that seat.
You can always take a seat at an empty table of that limit and game, empty tables fill up quickly once a player takes a seat.
- What is a "rake"?
When you play at LuckyAcePoker.com you never play poker against the house, only against other players. LuckyAcePoker.com receives compensation by taking a "rake", a small amount from each pot. There is no rake in Play Money Games.

Tournaments:
- Where can I view upcoming poker tournaments?
You may view upcoming poker tournaments by selecting the ‘Tournaments’ tab in the main lobby. You will see all poker tournaments that were recently completed, the ongoing tournaments and all the future tournaments that are open for registration. For full tournament information click the tournament from the list, a lobby for the selected tournament will open.
- How do I register for a poker tournament?
Relevant for tournaments in “Registration Open” status.
Highlight the selected tournament by clicking it, then in the Tournament Lobby window click the “Register Now” button.
- Is it possible to play side game and a poker tournament at the same time?
Yes, you can play a side game and a poker tournament simultaneously.
We kindly ask that you act promptly when it is your turn in either poker game.
- How do I retrieve my tournaments history when it is no longer available in the lobby?
You can view your full tournament history by selecting ‘My Profile’ from the upper menu of the application then select ‘Game History’ from the Game History, select the Multi-Table or the Sit & Go tournaments and view the results.
