Terms & Conditions

Player participation within the Rewards Program is conditional on your acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.

  1. The membership and privileges supplied by the Rewards Program are exclusive and unique to

  2. Participation in the Rewards Program is free, and commences automatically from the first time you gamble for real money on

  3. at its sole discretion may: (i) terminate a player’s participation in the Rewards Program; or (ii) modify or terminate these Terms and Conditions and any related reward rules and conditions, at any time. This includes but is not limited to modifying or terminating, multipliers, status thresholds, the calculation of the Status Points and Reward Points and the number of statuses. Please review these Terms and Conditions regularly in order to be aware of any modifications that may be introduced, of which we are not obliged to notify players.

  4. Only players who possess an money play account may exercise the use of that account.

  5. Membership is restricted to individual members only. Play may only be executed by the individual named under that account.

  6. Players may not sell, transfer or barter their Reward Points or Status Points in any way.

  7. All Frequent Player Points will be converted to Reward Points from Rewards Program’s date of launch at a 1:1 ratio.

  9. Reward Points accumulated from casino games are calculated at a 1:1 rate for all statuses.

  10. Players' Reward Points total may only be converted as a whole and not in parts of the total amount

  11. Reward Points have a redemption value of $10 for every 1,000 Reward Points at the Rewards Shop.

  12. Reward Points may be used for purchases at the Rewards Shop.

  13. The conversion of Reward Points to money is carried out in 100-point units. Quantities of Reward Points that do not meet this criterion will remain in your Points Balance.

  14. Reward Points are distributed only when the player finishes or is eliminated from a table or game. A player’s Reward Points on the player’s personal rewards page will be updated automatically but not immediately when the player is finished or eliminated from a table or game. Status Points will be updated on your personal rewards page instantly, from the moment they are earned.

  15. Please allow for possible latency periods within your personal rewards page when information is being updated.

  16. In the event of conflict between the calculations of the Status Progress Bar and our records, our records shall prevail.

  17. All monthly Status Points will be reset to zero on the 1st of every month. Yearly Status Points will be reset on the 1st of January.

  18. Reward Points will expire should a member's account is inactive at for 3 months or more.

  19. reserves the right at any time to promote, demote or deny players from any status(es) for any period of time.

  20. reserves the right at any time to modify or withdraw any benefit made available to a player under the Rewards Program which includes but is not limited to any prizes, cashbacks, tournament tickets or bonuses.

  21. Upgrades or downgrades from yearly levels are dependent on other conditions set by the Member Support team and not solely on point accumulation. Upon reaching this point, you will be contacted either by email or phone by a member of the team.

  22. In rare exceptions, when the player is notified that he has achieved a higher status, the status will only be activated once the player has left several tables in which he has played. This will occur in multi-table scenarios.

  23. Reward Points have real monetary value. Status Points do not have real monetary value.

  24. Any misconduct, unlawful or otherwise, or any fraudulent activity by a player within the program may result in immediate membership termination.

  25. You understand and accept that is unable to provide you with any legal advice or assurances in respect of your participation in the Rewards Program and makes no representations whatsoever as to the legality of your participation in the Rewards Program in your jurisdiction. Please verify the relevant laws in your jurisdiction before participating in the Rewards Program.

  26. Terms and Conditions are solely affiliated to the Program.

  27. The Member Support Team decision is final with respect to all matters relating to these Terms and Conditions.
