What is LuckyAcePoker.com 's Withdrawal Policy?

As part of our commitment to providing truly superior service, LuckyAcePoker.com makes every effort to ensure that your Withdrawal request is processed as quickly and efficiently as possible.

All your winnings in relation to roulette, blackjack, video slots or any other casino game greater than $30,000 may be withdrawn in limited installments of up to $30,000 per calendar month if so decided by the Company at its sole discretion.

The withdrawal policy dictates that members may be required to verify their identity before a cash withdrawal can be made from their account. This validation process is to prevent potential online fraud.

Main Verification Documents

1. Photographic ID: A copy of a current photographic ID is required for your first withdrawal request. This photographic ID can be in the form of a copy of a Passport, Drivers License or National ID card. Please ensure that your name, photograph and signature are visible on the document.
2. Credit cards: A copy of the front and back of the credit card used to fund your account is also required. Should you chose to fund your account using multiple credit and/or debit cards, you may be asked to supply copies of more than one card, You may block the middle eight numbers and the 3 digit security code at the back of the card copy.
3. Proof of address: In some cases you may be required to provide documentation which validates your home address. This may be in the form of a utility bill or a credit card statement.
4. Notarized documentation may also be required depending on the amount of your withdrawal request. (Done by a Notary "lawyer, notary public, etc." to certify something such as a signature on a legal document as authentic or legitimate by affixing a notary's stamp and signature)

Note: In some cases, depending on the payment method used to fund your account, you may be asked for one or a combination of the aforementioned documents, or additional documents not included in the list above.

The following is an explanation of how the Withdrawal process works and LuckyAce Poker's Withdrawal Policy:

At LuckyAcePoker.com , the method(s) by which we pay your Withdrawal is directly dependent upon the payment method(s) by which you have submitted your Deposit(s) in the past, and the amounts of those Deposit(s).

When you Deposit to your LuckyAcePoker.com Account by Credit, Charge or Debit Card, NETELLER, Skrill (moneybookers),PayPal you accumulate what we refer to as a positive "Member Transaction Balance"* (please see Withdrawal Policy below for definition), for that particular payment method.

When you request a Withdrawal, if possible, your Withdrawal will be paid automatically to the payment method(s) for which you have established a positive Member Transaction Balance (please see Credit/Debit Card/NETELLER **Exceptions below).

1. On Monday you Deposit $50 by Visa Credit Card;
2. On Tuesday you Deposit $50 by NETELLER;
3. On Wednesday you Deposit another $50 by Visa Credit Card;
4. On Thursday you Deposit $50 by Skrill (moneybookers)
5. On Friday you Deposit $50 by PayPal;
6. On Saturday you Deposit $50 by Moneta;
7. Your Member Transaction Balance now equals $300:
   1. $100 on Visa Credit Card;
   2. $50 on Skrill (moneybookers);
   3. $50 on NETELLER.
   4. $50 on Paypal.
   5. $50 on Moneta.
8. On Sunday you request a $450 Withdrawal.

The first $350 of your Withdrawal (up to your Member' Transaction Balance) will be automatically paid to you in the a manner such as follows:

1. $100 will be paid to your Visa Credit Card Account(s)(please see Credit/Debit Card/NETELLER **Exceptions below);
2. $50 will be paid to your Skrill (moneybookers) Account;
3. $50 will be paid to your NETELLER Account;
4. $50 will be paid to your PayPal Account;
5. $50 will be paid to your Moneta Account;
6. Your Member Transaction Balance now equals $0.

Your $150 "Remaining Withdrawal Balance"*** (the amount above your Member' Transaction Balance - please see Withdrawal Policy below for definition) will be paid to you according to your chosen payment method(s):

1. Visa Credit/Debit Card(s) (up to $50,000 per Credit/Debit Card/per day - maximum allowed per our Poker withdrawal limits - where permitted by the Visa Credit/Debit Card issuer - please see Credit/Debit Card/NETELLER **Exceptions below), or;
2. Solo and/or Maestro Debit Card(s) (if you have Deposited to your LuckyAcePoker.com Account by this payment method in the past, and only in randomly selected cases), or;
3. NETELLER (if you have Deposited to your LuckyAcePoker.com Account by this payment method in the past), or;
4. Skrill (moneybookers) (if you have Deposited to your LuckyAcePoker.com Account by this payment method in the past), or;
5. PayPal (if you have Deposited to your LuckyAce Poker Account by this payment method in the past), or;
6. Moneta if you have Deposited to your LuckyAcePoker Account by this payment method in the past), or;
7. EntroPay card (if you have Deposited to your LuckyAcePoker Account by this payment method in the past), or;
8. Wire Transfer (if you did not use cards as mentioned in section 1 and 2 above or MasterCard Credit Cards that were issued in the UK), or;
9. Bank Draft (if you did not use cards as mentioned in section 1 and 2 above), or;
10. UK Credit Cards via BACS (if you have Deposited to your LuckyAcePoker.com Account by Visa and/or MasterCard Credit Cards that were issued in the UK only).
11. ClickandBuy (if you have deposited to your LuckyAcePoker account using this payment method in the past), or;
12. 12. Ewire (if you have deposited to your LuckyAceCasino account using this payment method in the past).

**Visa Credit Card Withdrawals: Due to regulations imposed by issuers of Visa Credit/Debit Cards, LuckyAcePoker.com is not permitted to pay Withdrawals to Visa Credit/Debit Cards issued in specific countries (please see drop-down list below to view these countries). Furthermore, due to regulations imposed by some issuers of Visa Credit/Debit Cards in countries not included in the drop-down list below (non-listed countries), LuckyAcePoker.com is not permitted to pay Withdrawals to certain Visa Credit/Debit Cards. Therefore, Deposits made using these particular Visa Credit/Debit Cards will not accumulate toward the *Member Transaction Balance (see Withdrawal Policy below). Members who have Deposited to their LuckyAcePoker.com Accounts via these particular Visa Credit/Debit Cards shall receive Withdrawals according to section three (3) of the Withdrawal Policy, below.

** NETELLER: Due to policy changes, NETELLER will no longer process withdrawals for members in the US.

Please see drop-down list below, specifying countries where Visa Credit/Debit Card issuers do not permit Withdrawals to be paid to Visa Credit/Debit Cards:

**MasterCard/Eurocard Withdrawals:due to regulations imposed by issuers of MasterCard/Eurocard Credit/Debit Cards, LuckyAcePoker.com is not permitted to pay Withdrawals to MasterCard and/or Eurocard Credit/Debit Cards. Therefore, Deposits made by MasterCard and/or Eurocard Credit/Debit Cards will not accumulate toward the *Member Transaction Balance (see Withdrawal Policy below). Members who have Deposited to their LuckyAcePoker.com Accounts via MasterCard and/or Eurocard Credit/Debit Cards shall receive Withdrawals according to section three (3) of the Withdrawal Policy, below.

Please note the following important Withdrawal information(pertinent to Credit Card and Non-Credit Card users):

Withdrawals requested within the same 24 hour period, via the same payment method, may be combined as one payment.

In most cases, Withdrawal Payment Credits will be posted as separate transactions, and will not cancel charges resulting from your Deposit(s) to your LuckyAcePoker Account.

Should you have not actively used your chosen payment method to Deposit to your account for more than 12 months, this withdrawal option may no longer be available.

If your Withdrawal request is for less than the minimum allowable amount, listed below, the funds will be returned to your Bankroll:

1. The minimum  wire transfer withdrawal is $20
2. The minimum bank draft withdrawal is $30 / €25 / £20 / 30 CAD/ 200 SEK/ 200 DKK (according to your selected withdrawal currency).
3. The minimum withdrawal for the following payment methods is $6: Skrill (moneybookers), NETELLER, PayPal, UK credit cards via BACS, credit card, debit card, Moneta, EntroPay card, ClickandBuy and Ewire.

Occasionally, your authorization or some documentation may be required to process your Withdrawal request, and we may ask that you sign a list of your previous Deposits to your LuckyAcePoker.com Account.

Note: Please notify us immediately should your Credit/Debit Card(s) be lost, stolen or cancelled or should your E-wallet status change, so we may investigate their status and confirm that payments may/may not be received.

Total Withdrawals of over $5,000 per month require documented authentication. Below, please see the type of authentication required, as determined by the total amount of the Member's Withdrawalts per one (1) month period:

Generally, credit card or debit card Withdrawals by members in the UK, Denmark, Sweden or EU countries that use the Euro will be converted into and refunded to the member's card in local currency (GBP, DKK, SEK or EUR). Withdrawals via Bank Draft/Cheque by members in Canada, the UK, Sweden, Denmark and other EU countries that use Euro (except Cyprus and Malta) will be converted into local currency (GBP, EUR, SEK or DKK). Withdrawals via Wire Transfer by members in the UK, Sweden, Denmark and other EU countries that use Euro (except Cyprus and Malta) will be converted and sent in local currency (GBP, EUR, SEK or DKK). The conversion rate applied will be comparable with daily commerical rates offered by banks and credit card companies on the day the withdrawal is processed. Once the Withdrawal has been processed, the member will be told his withdrawal ID and the amount refunded in both bankroll currency and settle currency. In other circumstances, the withdrawal will be refunded to the member in bankroll currency at the rate used by the member's issuing bank.

Cassava Enterprises (Gibraltar), Ltd. (the Operator of LuckyAcePoker.com ), reserves the right to delay and/or stop the processing of Withdrawal requests until final approval has been received for any outstanding Deposit transactions.

Bonuses may be Withdrawn only after all Bonus Policy requirements have been satisfied (please see Bonus Policy of this site).

There are no fees charged for any of our Withdrawal services, however your bank or payment processor may levy a fee to process your withdrawal. In the event that we terminate the offering of our business in any specific country, payouts will be subject to reasonable processing charges.

LuckyAcePoker.com 's Withdrawal Policy:

According to LuckyAcePoker.com 's Withdrawal Policy, Members' Withdrawal requests shall be automatically paid directly to the payment method(s) by which that Member submitted their original Deposit(s) to their LuckyAcePoker.com Account, up to the *Member Transaction Balance (see section one (1) below for definition). Thereafter, that Member may choose the payment method(s) by which to receive their ***Remaining Withdrawal Balance (see section three (3) below for definition):

1. *The Member Transaction Balance shall be defined as:
   1. Any total sum a Member has Deposited to their LuckyAcePoker.com Account via their Visa Credit/Debit Card(s) (with the exception of certain Visa Credit/Debit Cards - please see Credit/Debit Card/NETELLER **Exceptions above), less previous Withdrawals and/or refunds to this same payment method, plus/or;
   2. Any total sum a Member has Deposited to their LuckyAcePoker.com Account via their Solo and/or Maestro Debit Card(s), less previous Withdrawals and/or refunds to this same payment method, plus/or;
   3. Any total sum a Member has Deposited to their LuckyAcePoker.com Account via their NETELLER Account(s), less previous Withdrawals and/or refunds to this same payment method, plus/or;
   4. Any total sum a Member has Deposited to their LuckyAce Poker Account via their PayPal Account(s), less previous Withdrawals and/or refunds to this same payment method.
   5. Any total sum a Member has Deposited to their LuckyAcePoker Account via their Moneta Account(s), less previous Withdrawals and/or refunds to this same payment method
   6. Any total sum a Member has Deposited to their LuckyAcePoker.com Account via their Skrill (moneybookers) Account(s), less previous Withdrawals and/or refunds to this same payment method.
   7. Any total sum a member has deposited to their LuckyAcePoker account via their ClickandBuy account(s), minus any previous withdrawals and/or refunds to this same payment method.
   8. Any total sum a member has deposited to their LuckyAcePoker account via their Ewire account(s), minus any previous withdrawals and/or refunds to this same payment method.
2. Withdrawals shall be automatically paid directly to the following payment method(s), up to the *Member Transaction Balance (see section one (1) above), and in the following order of priority:
   1. Visa Credit/Debit Card(s) (up to $50,000 per Credit/Debit Card/per day - maximum allowed per our Poker withdrawal limits - where permitted by the Visa Credit/Debit Card issuer - please see Credit/Debit Card/NETELLER **Exceptions above);
   2. Solo and/or Maestro Debit Card(s);
   3. Skrill (moneybookers) Account(s);
   4. NETELLER Account(s);
   5. PayPal(s)
   6. Moneta (s)
   7. Skrill (moneybookers) Account(s).
   8. ClickandBuy account(s);
   9. Ewire account(s)
3. Thereafter (once a *Member Transaction Balance, utilizing all payment methods with which that Member has Deposited to their LuckyAcePoker.com Account in the past, has been satisfied - see section one (1) above), that Member may choose, if any exists:
   1. Visa Credit/Debit Card(s) (up to $50,000 per Credit/Debit Card/per day - maximum allowed per our Poker withdrawal limits - where permitted by the Visa Credit/Debit Card issuer - please see Credit/Debit Card/NETELLER **Exceptions above), or;
   2. Solo and/or Maestro Debit Card(s) (if you have Deposited to your LuckyAcePoker.com Account by this payment method in the past, and only in randomly selected cases), or;
   3. NETELLER (if you have Deposited to your LuckyAcePoker.com Account by this payment method in the past), or;
   4. Skrill (moneybookers) (if you have Deposited to your LuckyAcePoker.com Account by this payment method in the past), or;
   5. PayPal (if you have Deposited to your LuckyAcePoker Account by this payment method in the past), or;
   6. Moneta (if you have Deposited to your LuckyAcePoker Account by this payment method in the past), or;
   7. EntroPay Card (if you have Deposited to your LuckyAcePoker Account by this payment method in the past), or;
   8. Wire Transfer (if you did not use cards as mentioned in section 1 and 2 above or MasterCard Credit Cards that were issued in the UK), or;
   9. Bank Draft (if you did not use cards as mentioned in section (a) and (b) above), or;
   10. UK Credit Cards via BACS (if you have Deposited to your LuckyAcePoker.com Account by Visa and/or MasterCard Credit Cards that were issued in the UK. Note: This is the only option for UK issued Visa/Mastercard Credit Cards to receive over the balance withdrawal.)
   11. ClickandBuy (if you have deposited to your LuckyAcePoker account using this payment method in the past), or;
   12. Ewire (if you have deposited to your LuckyAcePoker account using this payment method in the past).
